SYP-47 Trimless Plaster-In Profile
SYP-47 uses perforated side wings that allow gypsum compound to hold the channel in place. After filling, finishing and painting, the profile becomes visually integrated into the wall or ceiling.
The profile measures 52mm wide and 14.7mm high, with an 11mm internal groove for LED strips up to 11mm wide. It is available in standard 1m, 2m and 3m lengths, with customized lengths also offered.
This profile suits ceiling light lines, corridor lighting, decorative walls, cabinets, wardrobes, display fixtures and other applications requiring a concealed trimless finish.
SYP-33 Slim Recessed Channel
At 18mm wide and only 8.5mm high, SYP-33 is designed for shallow grooves in cabinets, wall panels, shelves and other furniture surfaces. Its 16mm internal width accommodates compatible LED strips up to 16mm wide.
The channel is manufactured from 6063 aluminum with an anodized, sandblasted surface. Its listed installation options include recessed and surface installation, providing additional flexibility for furniture and interior projects.
End caps and fixing clips are available, while standard length options include 1m, 2m and 3m, with cutting and custom lengths supported.
SYP-44 Wide-Wing Plaster-In Channel
SYP-44 is a 61 × 14mm aluminum profile designed for embedded, plastered and gypsum-board installation. Its perforated wings help the finishing compound bond around the profile for a flush architectural appearance.
The profile combines anodized aluminum with a frosted PC diffuser to support heat dissipation and softer light distribution. It is offered in silver, black, white and customized finishes.

SYP-33 is the most compact profile in this group and offers the widest stated internal strip space. SYP-47 and SYP-44 are plaster-in LED profiles designed to disappear into the surrounding gypsum finish.
How to Choose the Right Recessed LED Profile
1. Start with the Installation Surface
For drywall ceilings and walls, a perforated plaster-in profile such as SYP-47 or SYP-44 can produce a trimless architectural finish. For cabinets, shelves and furniture panels with limited routing depth, the lower 8.5mm height of SYP-33 may be more practical.
2. Measure the Available Recess
The channel must fit the actual groove or construction opening. Confirm both width and depth before panels are routed or drywall framing is completed. Allow only the installation tolerance recommended for the selected profile.
3. Match the LED Strip Width
SYP-47 accepts strips up to 11mm wide, while SYP-33 provides a 16mm internal groove. Check the full strip width at solder joints and connectors, which can be wider than the main PCB.
